Jack Jordan's Bar-B-Que
Jack Jordan’s Bar-B-Que has been an important fixture in Odessa since 1952. At that time it was located at 2201 Kermit Hwy. and was the gathering place for a lot of residents of Odessa. Now there are two locations to serve patrons, 2631 West County Road and 1501 JBS Parkway.
Family recipes that Jack started the restaurant with are still used today with the same quality and care. A few new items have been added through the years. The restaurants are now under the management of Jimmy Jordan, Jack’s son. Jimmy is very proud of the quality of the food he serves and strives to keep it the same as West Texan’s have been enjoying since the business first opened.
Catering is a big part of the restaurant’s business, not just in Odessa and Midland, but all over the Permian Basin. No event is too large or small, whether a business event, wedding party or a family get together.
